ATM Tech Updates
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve and simplify your banking experience, we’re transitioning to provide each Vancity member only one MEMBER CARD® debit card to access all daily banking needs. This includes online, mobile, and telephone banking as well as ATM and point-of-sale transactions. This will create a more secure and enhanced banking experience.
We have recently made tech updates to our ATM machines to prepare for our transition to one MEMBER CARD per member. You can read more about transitioning to one member card here.
What’s New
Here is a summary of the updates you will see at a Vancity ATM:
- The ability to view up to 20 financial accounts across all relationships.
- New naming convention for financial accounts, using your account name or nickname and the last 3 digits of the account number.
- You may also see the order of your accounts change at Vancity ATMs – displaying your accounts from oldest to newest.
