How do I switch to a different enviro Visa card?
Upgrading your enviro Visa credit card can mean you keep the same card number but get a whole lot more value. Earn more Vancity Rewards points or get access to more benefits like travel perks, dining events, and entertainment offers.
If you would like to switch to a different enviro Visa card, follow these steps:
Personal cardholders (Primary Cardholders only):
Click here to initiate a product change request.
You can also initiate a product change request in Online Banking by following these steps:
- Log on to online banking.
- Click your linked credit card that you want to change or upgrade.
- Once on the “Visa Card Activity” page, click the “Manage My Visa Card” tab.
- Select “Product Change Request” from the list of self-service options.
- Complete the Product Change Request form.
Alternatively, you can initiate a product change request by contacting Card Services by calling 604-877-4999 or toll-free 1-800-611-8472 or contact your local community branch to change your card.
