Step 1:
Log in to Online Banking. |

Step 2:
Navigate to the ‘Profile and Preferences’ section. Then select ‘Manage Multi Factor Authentication and Password Reset Settings’. Step 3: Choose ‘Remove’ for the factor you want to remove or update. Then, simply select ‘Set Up’ to set it up again. |

Step 1:
Enter your MEMBER CARD number and Password and select ‘Login’. |

Step 2:
Navigate to the ‘Settings’ section and choose ‘Security’. |

Step 3:
Choose ‘Remove’ for the factor you want to remove or update. If you want to set it up again, simply select ‘Update’. |
Log in to Online Banking and update your MFA method by following the steps above.
