How do I enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?

Enter your MEMBER CARD number and select ‘Next’.

Tick the ‘Remember me’ box if you want to save this card number for next time.

Enter your Password and select ‘Login’.

Select ‘Setup’ under ‘Text Messaging (SMS)’.

Enter your phone number and select ‘Press here to receive code’.

You’ll receive the one-time code as a text message (SMS). Please note that this code will not be coming from a Vancity number.

Enter the code and select ‘Verify’.

Once ‘Text Message (SMS)’ is successfully set up, select ‘Finish’.

Enter your MEMBER CARD number and select ‘Next’.

Enter your Password and select ‘Login’.

Select ‘Setup’ under ‘Authenticator App ’.

Select your device then select ‘Next’.

Follow the on-screen instructions, scan the QR Code and select ‘Next’.

You’ll see the one-time code displayed in the Authenticator app.

Enter the one-time code and select ‘Verify’.

Once the Authenticator App is successfully set up, select ‘Finish’.

Enter your MEMBER CARD number and select ‘Next’.

Tick the ‘Remember me’ box if you want to save this card number for next time.

Enter your Password and select ‘Login’.

Select ‘Setup’ under ‘Voice Call’.

Enter your phone number and select ‘Call’.

You’ll receive an automated phone call that will speak the one-time code. Please note that this call will not be coming from a Vancity number.

Enter the one-time code and select ‘Verify’.

Once Voice Call Authentication is successfully set up, select ‘Finish’.
