The way you log in to online, mobile and telephone banking is by:
- Step 1: Enter the last 10 digits on your Vancity MEMBER CARD® debit card (omit the space). If your MEMBER CARD # starts with a zero (or several zeros), include them when you log in.
- Step 2: Enter your online banking password (desktop or mobile banking) or telephone banking code (telephone banking)
If your MEMBER CARD # has changed:
