The way you log in to online, mobile and telephone banking is by:
- Step 1: Enter the last 10 digits on your Vancity MEMBER CARD® debit card (omit the space). If your MEMBER CARD # starts with a zero (or several zeros), include them when you log in.
- Step 2: Enter your online banking password (desktop or mobile banking) or telephone banking code (telephone banking)
For business members using online banking
Business members must select the Business banking login – either by using the dropdown menu at the top of the home page of vancity.com or by selecting the Business banking tab before entering your log in credentials.
If your MEMBER CARD # has changed:
