How do I log in to my account?
The way you log in to online, mobile and telephone banking is by:

Select ‘Log in’ on the top right corner of the website or ‘Log in’ on the app.
If this is your first time logging in to Online Banking, here’s how to get started.

Step 2:
Enter your MEMBER CARD number without any spaces and select ‘Next’. Tick the ‘Remember me’ box if you want to save this card number for next time. |

Step 3:
Enter your Password and select ‘Login’. |

Step 4:
Select the factor you’d like to use for authenticating. Note: for the purpose of this flow we have selected SMS as the factor of authentication
Step 5:
Click ‘Press here to receive code’. Enter your one-time code sent to your phone, then select ‘Verify’. |
If your MEMBER CARD # has changed:
What if my MEMBER CARD # starts with a zero (or several zeros)?
Please enter all 10 digits including zeros. What if I don’t have a MEMBER CARD # or I forgot my online banking password or telephone banking code? No problem, please call our Member Services Centre or visit your nearest community branch. Learn more. Do I have to memorize my MEMBER CARD #? If it’s too long to memorize, take advantage of our “Remember Me” feature.
