Step 1:
Select ‘Log in’ on the top right corner of the website or ‘Log in’ on the app.
If this is your first time logging in to Online Banking, here’s how to get started.

Step 2:
Enter your MEMBER CARD number without any spaces and select ‘Next’. Tick the ‘Remember me’ box if you want to save this card number for next time. |

Step 3:
Enter your Password and select ‘Login’. |

Step 4:
Select the factor you’d like to use for authenticating. Note: For the purpose of this flow we have selected SMS as the factor of authentication |

Step 5:
Enter your one-time code sent to your phone, then select ‘Verify’.
If you miss the timer, select “Resend code” to receive a new one-time passcode. |
If your MEMBER CARD # has changed:
Please enter all 10 digits including zeros.

If it’s too long to memorize, take advantage of our “Remember Me” feature.

- set up Multi-factor Authentication
- accept the Account & Services Guide Agreement (for personal members) or the Business Member Agreement (for business members)
