If you’re travelling internationally and you would like to call us from a different country, you must first enter the International Access Code (see IAC list below) and then the number. The format should be IAC + Country Code + 10 Digits Cellular Number.

How do I call Vancity from within Canada or the U.S?
If calling international numbers from within Canada or while roaming outside Canada, use this format:
[+] [country code] [area code] [phone number]
Use the “+” sign to substitute for the International Access Code. Different countries have different access codes, so using ‘+’ sign makes sure you won’t have any issues making the call. Press and hold ‘0’ on the phone’s dial pad to bring up the ‘+’ sign.
Canada’s country code is 1 so you would add +1 in front of the number you are calling.
