What do I do if I forgot my online banking password?

Once you have enrolled in Multi-Factor Authentication you can then set up a Password Recovery Question. If you haven’t yet enrolled in MFA or set up a Password Recovery question, you will need to contact us to reset your password.

For the health and well-being of our members and employees, we’ve reduced operating hours or temporarily closed some branches. We’ve significantly increased the number of people available to support you for online and telephone banking.

Please contact us by phone or go to the branch to reset your online banking password (formerly referred to as PAC #). Once we’ve verified your information, we can reset your login so that you can change your online banking password or your security questions.

If you are calling to reset your online banking password please make sure you have access to an internet – connected device and your MEMBER CARD number with you.

If you forget your 4-digit PIN or verbal password, you’ll need to go to your nearest community branch.

Online banking passwords must be between 8 and 30 characters long, and must contain at least:

  • 1 lower case letter (from a to z),
  • 1 upper case letter (from A to Z),
  • 1 number (from 0 to 9), and
  • 1 symbol (*~>|!+?”,@-#{$.\%/}&:^’:_<~={})

Your password can contain spaces, but a space does not count as a symbol.

Your Telephone Banking Code (referred to as PAC # prior to December 8, 2019) consists of 5- to 8-digits (numbers only). If you have not made any changes you can continue to use the same 5- to 8-digits to access telephone banking
