The way you log in to online, mobile and telephone banking is by:
Select ‘Log in to online banking’ on the top right corner of the website or ‘Log in’ on the app.
Enter your MEMBER CARD number without any spaces and select ‘Next’.
Tick the ‘Remember me’ box if you want to save this card number for next time.
Enter your Password and select ‘Login’.
Select the factor you’d like to use for authenticating.
In this example, we chose Text Message (SMS).
Press ‘Send code’.
Enter your one-time code sent to your phone, then select ‘Verify’.
If your MEMBER CARD # has changed:

Please enter all 10 digits including zeros.
What if I don’t have a MEMBER CARD # or I forgot my online banking password or telephone banking code?
