How do I change my telephone banking code?
Your Telephone Banking Code (referred to as PAC # prior to December 8, 2019) consists of 5- to 8-digits (numbers only). If you have not made any changes you can continue to use the same 5- to 8-digits to access telephone banking
To change your telephone banking code, follow these steps:
- dial 604.877.7001 or 1.800.310.8777 (toll-free)
- press “4“
- enter your MEMBER CARD# and Telephone Banking Code #
