How do I log in and create an account for Equifax Credit Health?

Equifax Credit Health is a service that will provide you with access to your credit score, complete credit report, and additional resources to help you improve your credit score.

You would’ve received an email to activate your offer and get complimentary access to Equifax Credit Health™. This access is a limited time offer. You will first have to retrieve our one-time activation code provided in the email and create an account. Once you are able to successfully create an account, you can log in anytime during the offer period until July 31st, 2026.

Below are detailed instructions on how to create an account using your one-time activation code and log in for future access during the offer period. Log in to Equifax Credit Health and follow the step-by-step instructions.

	Enter the one-time activation code you received in your email.
	Step 1: Once you’ve successfully entered your activation code you will be asked to enter your personal information to match you with your Equifax credit report.
	Step 2: You will be prompted to verify your identity by answering a few questions about your credit history.
	Step 3: Once you’ve successfully answered all the questions you will be asked to enter the email you’ll use to log in for future access.
	Step 4: You’ll receive an email with a 6 digit code. Enter the code to log into your Credit Health Account. Please check your junk email if you didn’t receive the verification email in your inbox.
	And that’s it! You’re now able to access your credit score.
