Why does my Visa* card look different?

Meet the next generation of enviro™ Visa* credit cards. They look good, but they’re made even better.

It’s the same card you know, now reimagined with a design that takes people and the planet into consideration. Like always, 5% of enviro Visa credit card profits go to the Vancity enviroFund™ program to support a clean and fair world.

What this means for you.

We’re keeping the planet in mind at all stages of our redesign, so existing cardholders will not be automatically reissued a redesigned credit card. Continue using your current card as usual, knowing you’re helping to reduce waste and will receive a redesigned card automatically when your card expires.

What each new card has in store.

• Recycled PVC plastic. That’s what our card bodies are made of.
• Stand-up cards. We’ve gone vertical, which keeps everyday transactions quick and easy.
• Stacked card numbers. Complete with a high contrast card number for quick readability, you can enter your card information easily when shopping online.
• Simplified design. This card includes only what you need (like your card number) and none of what you don’t (like the signature panel).

It’s the card you know — now made better. And we’re looking forward to the future.
