How do I access my enviro Visa account through online banking and the mobile app?

You can now see your enviro™ Visa* account details on the Vancity online banking website and the Vancity mobile app (Personal banking for Vancity members). This applies to enviro Visa Classic accounts , enviro Visa Gold accounts, enviro Visa Infinite* accounts and enviro Visa Infinite Privilege* accounts only. 

Note: This does not apply to enviro Visa Business, and enviro Visa Infinite Business* accounts, and Vancity Community Investment Bank Visa accounts.

All cardholders can see their Visa account details online at the Manage my Visa card website.

Account Summary

 

To view your enviro Visa accounts in the Account Summary:

  1. Log into Vancity online banking (Personal banking) at vancity.com
  2. In your Account Summary, scroll down to the ‘Credit Cards’ section. You should see your card number(s) and current balance(s)
  3. Click on a card number to view the Visa Card Activity

Don’t see your cards in your Account Summary? You can add them to online banking by calling Card Services 24/7 at  604-648-5189 or toll-free 1-855-648-5189.

Please note, each enviro Visa card can only be added to online banking once. If you have Authorized Users on your account, they’ll need to add their Visa card to their Vancity online banking. If you add your Authorized Users’ Visa card(s) to your Account Summary, the Authorized Users won’t be able to add that Visa card to their online banking. Please note, the Primary Cardholder will have access to all transactions on the account.

 

Visa Card Activity

 

View your enviro Visa Card activity including:

  • Balances
  • Available credit
  • Transactions Primary Cardholders see all the transactions on the account for the current and previous 12 months; Authorized Users see only their transactions for up to 12 months from the first time they make a transaction.
  • Payment information (Primary Cardholders only)
  • Vancity Rewards™ points, if applicable (Primary Cardholders only

You can also view your Visa eStatements by clicking ‘View eStatements’ from the summary on the left side of the screen (desktop only).

 

 

Card Summary in Accounts

 

To see your enviro Visa account in the Vancity mobile app, make sure you have the latest version (available in the App Store℠ or on Google Play™).

To view your Visa accounts in the Vancity mobile app:

  1. Log into the mobile app
  2. In your Account Summary, scroll down to the ‘Credit Cards’ section. You should see your card number(s) and current balance(s)
  3. Click on a card number to view your Visa Card Activity for that card

Don’t see your cards in the mobile app? You’ll need to add it to online banking (desktop only) by calling Card Services 24/7 at  604-648-5189 or toll-free 1-855-648-5189. You may also need to update your app to the newest version (available in the App Store or on Google Play).

Once you’ve added your cards and updated the app, your cards will be visible in under ‘Accounts’ in the mobile app.
