I updated my software but am still having login issues.

If you have updated your software and are still experiencing login issues, there may be syncing issues.

We recommend the following steps:

  1. Determine the operating system, if it’s less than the version listed on the Online banking access requirements then upgrade to the latest version
  2. For desktop issues, clear the cache
  3. Reboot the system
  4. Login to confirm functionality

If this does not work, try the following:

  1. Uninstall the Vancity App
  2. Power off the device, and then reboot
  3. Reinstall the Vancity App
  4. Login to confirm functionality

If this still doesn’t work, in some instances updates may take up to 24 hours to take effect. Wait the 24 hours and try again. If issues persist, contact us at 604-877-7000.
