How do I enroll in the Visa Airport Companion Program?

1. Download the Visa Airport Companion App from the App Store^SM or on Google Play^TM  
2. Select “Canada” as your region and select “Sign Up”
3. You’ll be asked if you have an existing Visa Airport Companion membership. Select “No, I want to create a membership”
4. Select “Sign up with Visa Card”
5. Enter your Visa card details through the secure form to verify your eligibility for the Visa Airport Companion Program
6. Your enviro Visa Infinite, enviro Visa Infinite Privilege or enviro Visa Infinite Business card that you are enrolling with will be saved as the primary method of payment for any future Visa Airport Companion Program purchases. 
7. Enter your personal details to set up your membership profile and provide your consent to the Terms and Conditions of the Visa Airport Companion Program
8. Create a password for your membership profile
9. Once successfully enrolled, your Visa Airport Companion membership card will be displayed, and you’ll be sent a welcome email. You can search for participating lounges on the Visa Airport Companion App or website. 
10. To enter a participating lounge, you can:
    1. show your digital membership card and QR code within the Visa Airport Companion App or website; or
    2. show a printed or emailed e-Certificate containing your digital membership card and QR code; or
    3. show the enviro Visa card that you used to enroll2 (this option is only available at select lounges).

No, there is no obligation to enroll in Visa Airport Companion. However, if you want to enjoy the benefits of the airport lounge membership, enrollment is required. Enrollment is quick and the membership begins immediately, allowing you to enter lounges with ease. 

Once enrolled, you can access participating airport lounges in one of three ways: 

1. show your digital membership card and QR code within the Visa Airport Companion App or website; or 
2. show a printed or emailed e-Certificate containing your digital membership card and QR code; or 
3. show the enviro Visa card that you used to enroll (this option is only available at select lounges).  

enviro Visa Infinite and enviro Visa Infinite Business cardholders can purchase lounge visits to enter a lounge. enviro Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders receive six complimentary airport lounge visits per membership year and can purchase additional visits. These visits can be used for the cardholder or their accompanying guests 

Once complimentary lounge visits have been used (if applicable), cardholders can purchase lounge visits at a reduced rate of $32 USD (subject to change) per person per visit. These applicable lounge access charges will be billed to the enviro Visa card used to enroll for the Visa Airport Companion Program membership at the time of entry into the lounge.
