What do I need to know about using my enviro Visa card on Transit?

Yes, TransLink is included under the public transit category. You’ll earn 5 points for every $1 spent when you purchase, load or reload your Compass Card (including automatic reloads) with your enviro Visa Infinite, enviro Visa Infinite Privilege, and enviro Visa Infinite business cards.

When using your Apple Watch to pay for transit, hold the display of your Apple Watch within a few centimeters of the middle of the contactless reader until you feel a vibration. As payment confirmation, you will see “Done” and a check-mark on the display of your mobile device.

You can have a payment card and a transit card enabled for Express Transit mode in the same city.

You may receive an error message (like the one below) if your Compass Card “My Account” details do not match the credit card information on file e.g. name, mailing address, e-mail address or phone number. If you previously saved your credit card information on the Compass website, go to “Manage Payment Method” and make sure your information is up-to-date, then try the transaction again.
