Interac® Flash and Visa payWave® are secure and convenient payment feature that let you pay with your MEMBER CARD® debit card or Vancity enviro™ Visa by simply holding your card over the contactless card reader at the cashier. This is also called “tap.” Apple Pay is a secure and easy way to pay with your iPhone or other Apple device. Add your Vancity enviro Visa credit card or MEMBER CARD debit card and you’ll be able to “tap” your phone or iWatch when you’re on the go. Tap limits are coded onto your cards and/or set by Apple Pay. Please note that not all merchants allow tap purchases up to these listed limits. Therefore, in some situations, you may still be asked to enter your PIN.
