I didn’t receive the verification email when trying to add my card to the Apple Wallet app. What should I do?
Check your Junk or Spam folder and look for an email with the following information:
Debit card:
From: donotreply@vancity.com <donotreply@vancity.com>
Subject: Mobile Interac Flash – Card Activation
Credit card:
From: Vancity Visa <Visa_alert@alert.vancity.com>
Subject: Vancity enviro Visa – Apple Pay Activation Code
If the email is not found, check the Wallet app for next steps.
