How do I close a personal account I no longer need?
You may close a personal chequing or savings account at any time by visiting your nearest community branch or calling our Member Services Centre.
If you’d like to close all your accounts, relationships and memberships at Vancity, all signatories on the membership would need to provide authorization in-person at the branch or in writing. Please contact us for details.
