What happened to my access to epost?

In response to the Canada Post decision to decommission epost, Vancity is removing the epost sign-up and links from Online banking; desktop, mobile app and mobile web. This means you will no longer be able to access your epost mail through Vancity’s online banking services. To access your current and historical epost documents you should visit the Canada epost page, and sign into epost using the credentials that you have set up when you enrolled for the service. Canada Post will decommission epost, December 2022 with the last mail being sent September 2022 and, are advising that you save any documents you wish to retain, before December 2022.

Wind down of epost service has begun with business service providers and Financial Institutions. Canada Post began communicating with users last year and have set 3-4 direct communications to users informing them of the decommissioning.
