Below is a step-by-step guide below on how to access your eStatement inside Online banking.
Please note, historical statements from before the January 2017 will not be available on this page.
If you haven’t yet, we encourage you to Go Paperless and opt out of paper statements today. Once you opt-out of paper statements, you’ll receive an email every time your eStatements are ready to view online.

Step 1:
Log in to online banking (desktop/full only).
If you are using a desktop computer or laptop, start from step 2. |

If you are using an Android mobile device or tablet:
Open your browser and go to vancity.com.
Select the ellipsis (3 vertical dots) in the top corner and tap “Desktop/Full site”. This will take you to the full site on your mobile device (screenshot below). |

If you are using an Apple mobile device or tablet:
Open your browser and go to vancity.com.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Full Site”. |

Step 2:
In the left-hand menu select My Accounts and then My eStatements. |

Step 3:
Select the Relationship number and Statement Year in the drop-down menus. |

Step 4:
Find the statement date under ‘Download Statement for’ and click Download.
Your eStatement will be stored on your computer. For privacy concerns, we recommend deleting the PDF(s) once you’re finished. |
