How do I find my eStatements in online banking?

You can access your eStatements in online banking using our desktop/full site. Please make sure you are on the desktop/full site before logging into online banking.

If your eStatement isn’t posted yet, you’ll see the message: “E-Statements are unavailable at the moment. Please try again later.” It’ll be posted shortly after your usual statement cycle date.

e-Statements are available to download in online banking for 7 years.

Here's how to locate your eStatement

Log in to online banking (desktop/full only) If you are using a desktop computer or laptop, start from step 2. b. If you are using an Android mobile device or tablet: i. Open your browser and go to vancity.com. ii. Select the ellipsis (3 vertical dots) in the top corner and tap “Desktop/Full site”. This will take you to the full site on your mobile device (screenshot below)

c. if you are using an Apple mobile device or tablet: i. Open your browser and go to vancity.com. ii. ii. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Full Site” (screenshot below)

2. Under My Accounts, click “View e-Statements” 3. Select a relationship number 4. Click the desired statement period Your eStatement will be stored on your computer. For privacy concerns, we recommend deleting the PDF(s) once you’re finished.

Historical statements from before the January 2017 will not be available on this page.

If you haven’t yet, we encourage you to Go Paperless and opt out of paper statements today. Once you opt-out of paper statements, you’ll receive an email every time your eStatements are ready to view online.
