How do I access a copy of my T5?

1. Login to online banking through https://www.vancity.com
2. Under the ‘My Accounts’ list in the left hand column, click ‘View e-Documents’
3. Under the ‘Documents’ listing, locate your T5 and click the related link
4. Reference the warning and click the ‘Continue’ button
   *This will prompt an option at the bottom of your browser to open or save the document. Select the appropriate option.  The PDF may also download and open automatically in your internet browser depending on how it is configured
5. View, print or save your T5 as required.

A T5 is issued for the following:

• Solely owned relationships if interested earned is $50+
• Joint relationships if interest earned is $50+
  • If members have more than one joint relationship, they will receive one T5 for each joint relationship where there is a difference in the primary relationship holder

• Note: A T5 will not be issued for a Power of Attorney on an account
