PAC # is for logging in to online, mobile and telephone banking
PIN # is used for ATMs and point-of-sale purchases
In addition, you need to enter the PAC # that’s associated with the MEMBER CARD you’re logging in with.
Did you forget your PAC#? No problem, please call our Member Services Centre and our agents will be happy to assist you.
3. Are you a joint account holder or business member?
For your very first log in, you’ll be prompted to change your PAC, review and accept the Account & Services Agreement, and set up new security questions. In order to do this, you’ll need to log in with a desktop (PC or laptop) or the Vancity mobile app. Learn more.
4. Do you have multiple MEMBER CARD® debit cards?
Are you unsure of which MEMBER CARD # to use?
You can log in with any of your MEMBER CARD #s to see a consolidated view of all your personal Relationships, but we recommend you use one card to keep your online banking feature settings most up-to-date. Be sure to use the PAC # associated with the Branch & Account that your MEMBER CARD debit card was issued for.
Each MEMBER CARD # is associated with one of your Branch & Account numbers.
For example, say you have a MEMBER CARD # ending in 7813, associated with your accounts at Branch 12 – and you used to login to Branch 12 with PAC # 64361223. Then pair up the MEMBER CARD # ending in 7813 with PAC # 64361223 when you log in for the first time.
