We’re moving your personal and business banking accounts to the new system and as part of this move, we need to introduce, modify or assign new numbers. Here’s a summary of all the numbers you need to be aware of:
|MEMBER CARD number||10-digits||This is the number you need to log in to online, mobile and telephone banking.
Enter the last 10-digits on your MEMBER CARD® debit card and existing PAC number. If your MEMBER CARD # starts with a zero (or several zeros), include them when you log in.
|PAC # (Personal Access Code)||5- to 8- digits||PAC # is a secret password you enter to log in online, mobile and telephone banking.
Remember that your PAC # is different than your PIN #. PAC # is for log in.
|PIN # (Personal Identification Number)||4-digits||PIN # is associated with your MEMBER CARD debit card, and is a password you enter when you’re using ATMs or making a point-of-sale purchase.|
|Relationship number||7- to 8- digits||Each of your Branch & Account number combinations will be modified to become Relationship numbers. In most cases, it’ll look similar to your former Branch & Account numbers.|
|A separate Relationship number will be generated by the system to hold the following:
|Financial account numbers||12 digits||Every single account is assigned a new 12 digit financial account number.|
|Contract numbers||Your TFSAs, RRSPs and RRIFs will have new Contract numbers.|
Statement insert – Relationship # for more information.
