|If you suspect your MEMBER CARD debit card has been lost, stolen, or your information has been compromised:
If you’re using a mobile phone in the USA or overseas, please be aware of roaming charges. Depending on your data package, your mobile phone provider may charge you roaming fees, even to toll-free numbers (1-800). We suggest using a landline instead.
When you call us, we’ll order a new debit card with the same last 10-digits of your MEMBER CARD #. That way your online, mobile and telephone banking log in details will remain the same. Your debit card will arrive in 2 weeks by mail.
If you need a debit card right away, please visit your nearest community branch. Note, you’ll be issued a different MEMBER CARD # and you’ll need to reset your log in details again, including your online banking password.
Please ensure you keep your online banking password confidential.
It’s your responsibility to protect your password. Please do not share your password with anyone else. Rest assured, no one can access your account without your unique MEMBER CARD # and your password.
