For your first log in after the upgrade, please use desktop (PC or laptop) or the Vancity mobile app.
Once you’re successfully logged in, you’ll be prompted to change your PAC # which involves accepting the Business Member Agreement and setting up new Personal Access Features (security questions). Please refer to our step-by-step instructions for details.
Remember that your PAC is different than your PIN. You use your PAC to log into online, mobile and telephone banking and your PIN with your debit card.
For business members:
- If you have multiple signers to your business account, every signer needs their own MEMBER CARD # and PAC #, and shouldn’t be shared with anyone else.
- Online Business Plus log in does not change. Please continue to use your existing User ID and Password.
