Yes it’s longer than before, we hear you. It went from your Branch & Account # to your MEMBER CARD #, which is the last 10 digits on your MEMBER CARD® debit card.
Our new system will give you the ability to see more of your relationship with us and enable us to give you better advice tailored to you. If you have multiple Branch & Account relationships, you’ll be able to see a consolidated view of your personal banking relationships using a single log in. This is why we’re changing the way you log in.
|Remember, for your very first log in after the upgrade, you need to delete any previously saved log in(s) before you set up new ones using your MEMBER CARD #. For Vancity mobile app, simply delete and re-install the app. Learn more.|
