We recommend you choose one MEMBER CARD # to log in so that you can easily manage online and mobile banking features, such as:
- INTERAC® e-Transfers
- personal message history
- SMS (text) banking
You may log in with any of your MEMBER CARD #s to see a consolidated view of all your personal Relationships. However, your online and mobile banking feature settings are linked to the MEMBER CARD # you use to log in. For example, if you add an INTERAC e-Transfer recipient while logged in under MEMBER CARD # 1 that same recipient will not be visible when you log in with MEMBER CARD # 2.
Remember that your# is different than your Personal Identification Number ( ). You use your # to log into online, mobile and telephone banking and your for ATMs and point-of-sale purchases
Be sure to use the# associated with the Branch & Account that your MEMBER CARD debit card was issued for.
For Joint relationships, after the upgrade feature settings and history will not be retained and new online and mobile banking settings will be linked to the MEMBER CARD # used to log in*.
*First-named member on the account may retain online banking features/preferences, but will need to update their Personal Access Code (PAC). Remember that your PAC is different than your PIN. You use your PAC to log into online, mobile and telephone banking and your PIN with your debit card.
For Business members:
- you’ll continue to log in separately to each business relationship
- if you have multiple business banking relationships connected to the same legal entity, you may request to have a consolidated view
- Online Business Plus log in does not change. Please continue to use your existing User ID and Password.
