We’ve upgraded our banking system in November 2016, and the way you log in to online, mobile and telephone banking has changed. To log in:
- Step 1: Enter the last 10 digits on your Vancity MEMBER CARD® debit card (omit the space). If your MEMBER CARD # starts with a zero (or several zeros), include them when you log in.
- Step 2: Enter your existing PAC #(Personal Access Code). Be sure to enter the PAC # that was associated with the Branch & Account that your MEMBER CARD was issued for.
|Remember that your PAC # is different than your PIN #.
For your first log in after the upgrade,
- please delete any previously saved log in(s)
- if you’re a joint account holder or business member, you’ll be prompted to change your PAC #. Please use desktop (PC or laptop). You won’t be able to change PAC # using a mobile device, unless you’re using the Vancity mobile app. Sorry for the inconvenience.
|What if my MEMBER CARD # starts with a zero (or several zeros)?
Please enter all 10 digits including zeros.
What if I don’t have a MEMBER CARD # or I forgot my PAC #?
Do I have to memorize my MEMBER CARD #?
If it’s too long to memorize, take advantage of our “Save my MEMBER CARD #” feature. To save a log in, refer to our step-by-step instructions.
