We’re mailing a single statement for your joint account Relationship to the first named member on the account. This is also visible to all the account holders in online banking.
Your joint account statement only shows the non-registered accounts you hold jointly (eg. chequing and savings accounts, term deposits, loans, mortgage, and lines of credit).
Registered Investment accounts (such as RRSP, TFSA, RRIF) and Membership Shares accounts will not be visible on this statement. They will be consolidated and appear on a separate statement addressed to the named account holder. We produce this statement annually in January on your branch statement date.
